Hello! I am Tanya, founder of The Sacred Life
A space devoted to embodied presence, inner alignment, and conscious living.
My work is centered around creating experiences that help people slow down, reconnect with themselves, and experience the sacred within everyday life. Through movement, breath, sound, immersive guided journeys, and retreats, I offer spaces that invite softness, awareness, emotional connection, and a deeper relationship with your own inner knowing.
As I look back over the path that brought me here, I can see that alignment has always been the thread running through it all.
This journey began through the study of the physical body – through Pilates, postural alignment, movement, mobility, and fascial work. I was drawn to understanding how the body moves, how patterns are held within it, and how alignment influences not only the way we feel physically, but the way we experience life as a whole.
Over time, this naturally led me into the study of the breath, sound, and the subtle ways they influence not only the body, but also our thoughts, emotions, nervous system, and energetic state.
What began as a passion for physical alignment gradually evolved into something much deeper – a relationship with inner alignment. Learning to listen more closely to my own intuition. Learning what truly felt nourishing, expansive, and alive. Learning that presence changes the way we experience everything.
Today, The Sacred Life reflects the integration of everything I have studied, practiced, and lived.
I believe people are not simply searching for more information – they are searching for connection. A deeper connection to themselves, to life, and to the truth of who they really are.
When we are in alignment, whether we are speaking about alignment with our inner truth or our body’s physical alignment, there is an organic balance that allows movement to flow with greater ease, clarity, and connection.
As a retreat facilitator and guide, I create experiences that invite people back into connection with their bodies, their inner world, and the deeper rhythm of life itself. The spaces I create are designed to support that remembrance.
Whether through breathwork journeys, retreats, Pilates, sound baths, or guided experiences, my intention is to create environments where people can soften, reconnect with themselves, deepen self-awareness, and return to a more grounded and authentic way of being.
This work is rooted in embodiment rather than performance.
In presence rather than pressure.
In the understanding that when we slow down enough to truly listen inward, there is wisdom already within us.
